35th Generation Shaolin Master Spreading Authentic Shaolin Arts

Kung Fu Chao’s online academy was founded by Shifu Shi Heng Chao, a 35th-generation Shaolin Master and esteemed disciple of Shifu Shi Yan Ju. Trained from a young age at the Songshan Shaolin Temple, he has achieved mastery in Eagle Fist, Dragon Fist, Double Broadsword, Pudao, Chinese Whip, Traditional Staff, Advanced Qi Gong, and traditional forms and weapons.

Now based in the United States, Shifu Shi Heng Chao continues to share the teachings of authentic Shaolin Kung Fu. As Manager of the Shaolin Temple in Chicago and founder of the USA Shaolin Kung Fu Academy, supported by Shifu Shi Yan Ju, he brings Shaolin philosophy and training to Denver, online, and through mountain training retreats.
